All Recreational Vehicles must be 18ft in Length (not including hitch/tongue).
If an RV is older than 20 years, entry is subject to approval and current photos of both interior and exterior must be sent in for management approval.
Blue River and Deluxe RV Sites has specific length and manufacturing regulations!
Tiger Run Resort has the right to refuse entry if a Recreational Vehicle does not meet the resort or site specific standards!
All RV Sites
Restrictions: RVs that are non-RVIA certified, under 20 foot in length, more than 20 yrs in age. Some RV Sites have individual size and type regulations.
The following are not permitted at Tiger Run Resort per County Ordinances:
Pop-up Campers / Tent Trailers / Tents / Truck Campers / Tiny Homes / Horse Trailers / Recreational Vehicles with Canvas or Fabric Slide Outs
All RVs under 36ft
Restrictions: Manufactured RVS, over 18ft in Length, less than 20yrs in age. Some RV Sites have individual size and type regulations.
The following are not permitted at Tiger Run Resort per County Ordinances:
Pop-up Campers / Tent Trailers / Tents / Truck Campers / Tiny Homes / Horse Trailers / Recreational Vehicles with Canvas or Fabric Slide Outs
All Cabins
All Cabins are privately owned and feature different interior amenities and sleeping spaces. Note: Loft space is not listed and may not be used by guests.
Standard RV Sites
Restrictions: Manufactured RVS, between 18ft and 35 ft in length, less than 20yrs in age.
The following are not permitted at Tiger Run Resort per County Ordinances:
Pop-up Campers / Tent Trailers / Tents / Truck Campers / Tiny Homes / Horse Trailers / Recreational Vehicles with Canvas or Fabric Slide Outs
Swan River RV Sites
Restrictions: Manufactured RVS, between 18ft and 35 ft in length, less than 20yrs in age.
The following are not permitted at Tiger Run Resort per County Ordinances:
Pop-up Campers / Tent Trailers / Tents / Truck Campers / Tiny Homes / Horse Trailers / Recreational Vehicles with Canvas or Fabric Slide Outs
Pull Thru RV Sites
Restrictions: Manufactured RVS, over 18ft in Length, less than 20yrs in age.

Club RV Sites
Restrictions: Manufactured RVS, over 18ft in Length, less than 20yrs in age.

Deluxe RV Sites
309 - 319 (Back In) Restrictions: Manufactured RVS, over 18ft in Length, less than 20yrs in age.
321 - 331 (Pull In) Restrictions: Class A Motorhomes, over 36 FT in length, less than 20yrs in age. Note From 6/1 to 10/1 these sites will accept Manufactured RVS, over 18ft in Length, less than 20yrs in age.
Blue River RV Sites (36ft+ Class A MH Only)
Restrictions: Class A Motorhomes, over 36 FT in length, less than 20yrs in age.
