Located in Breckenridge, Scottish Borders is a beautiful 1/1 cottage style abode with ample space, tall ceilings, a classic and natural design, modern amenities and all the comforts of your own home.
The master bedroom has a King sized bed and plenty of storage space with drawers and a closet so you can feel free to unpack and relax. The kitchen is fully furnished with top-of-the-line appliances and luxurious features including; large granite counters, electric stove, DISHWASHER microwave, coffee maker, and all the things needed to make group meals. Enjoy meals at the dining table or take things outside to dine on the large covered patio which is perfect during any season. Spend time with the group by watching tv or engaging in conversation while sitting comfortably in the large living area known as the Colorado room which has comfortable seating to optimize relaxation. Don't worry about showers or doing laundry in the public clubhouse, instead you can do everything from the comfort of your cabin. The owners of this cabin understand the importance of comfort in the winter by providing a ski locker conveniently located on the front patio and boot dryers just inside the door!
Generally, this chalet can sleep four (4) to five (5) adults comfortably with the use of the sleeper sofa and futon. Each chalet is stocked with kitchen utensils and linens. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the chalets. Parking for two (2) vehicles.

Notes
Due to the wonderful weather that we experience in the high country A/C is not a common amenity and none of our chalets are equipped with A/C units.
Chalet Loft Regulations: Chalets may have lofts but the space is not included in the rental rate or bed arrangements. Guests are not permitted to use the loft space in any way. Breaking this regulation by using the loft area will result in a fine of $250 and a damage assessment will take place.
