Premier Chalet 24 is located right across the street from the Clubhouse and Resort Amenities. As one of our only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabins this premier cabin is equally spacious and cozy! The cabin is decorated in a classy mountain style. The main bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of walking space and lots of natural light to help you wake up refreshed! The 2nd bedroom is perfect for children with 2 full beds or it could be a great place for friends to crash or to have a girls trip! The living area in the Colorado Room has a sleeper sofa that provides for extra living space during your stay. This space has comfortable seating for 6 people to enjoy a warm conversation on a chilly vacation evening. Large parties need not worry because this cabin has 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy family meals on a budget by making your food in this gorgeous fully furnished kitchen. The family size dining table has 6 chairs and yet 8 can eat or play board games in the same area. This cabin comfortably accommodates six (6) people. Parking spaces available for two (2) vehicles. This is the perfect cabin to enjoy the mountains with your family and friends!!! Smoking of any kind and pets are strictly prohibited in all cabins.
 

Our beautiful 12,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse is centrally located in the resort complex and the resort offers the following amenities:

Due to the wonderful weather that we experience in the high country A/C is not a common amenity and none of our chalets are equipped with A/C units.

Chalet Loft Regulations: Chalets may have lofts but the space is not included in the rental rate or bed arrangements. Guests are not permitted to use the loft space in any way. Breaking this regulation by using the loft area will result in a fine of $250 and a damage assessment will take place.
