Located in Breckenridge, Cornerston Cottage is a lovely 1/1 tinyhome style property with everything need for enjoying your stay both indoors and out! 

The master bedroom has a full sized bed and plenty of closet space to unpack and enjoy the stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with with everything that you should need from a coffee pot to cookware. The combined living/dining area has cozy seating and comfortable table space for 2 so you can sit back and relaze. The sofa does convert to a bed to allow for extra sleeping space putting the max occupancy at four (4). Saving the best for last are all the amazing oportunities provided by the large mostly covered patio! No matter the weather this is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or relax and enjoy the views! 

Generally, this chalet can sleep four (4) adults comfortably. Each chalet is stocked with kitchen utensils and linens. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the chalets. Parking for two (2) vehicles.

Our beautiful 12,000 sq.ft., Clubhouse is centrally located in the resort complex and the resort offers the following amenities:

Due to the wonderful weather that we experience in the high country A/C is not a common amenity and none of our chalets are equipped with A/C units.

Chalet Loft Regulations: Chalets may have lofts but the space is not included in the rental rate or bed arrangements. Guests are not permitted to use the loft space in any way. Breaking this regulation by using the loft area will result in a fine of $250 and a damage assessment will take place.
