What is the ARC? 

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is appointed by the Board of Directors to help uphold the standards aligned in the HOA Regulations.

When do I need to submit an application? 

Any time you're are making external alterations to your property! This means, grass/concrete, all the way up to your shingles and includes building materials, foliage used for landscaping, and any new structures. If you do not know if you need an ARC please simply contact our office by emailing your questions to

How do I fill out the application?
