The Pathway to the Future program offers owners and patrons a meaningful way to leave a lasting legacy while supporting vital improvements to our community. Participants may purchase engraved bricks that will become part of a new pathway on the south side of the clubhouse.
Bricks can feature your name and years of ownership, and may be purchased for a variety of purposes:
- To recognize your ownership
- As remembrance bricks
- As gifts for family members
- By local businesses and long-time renters
The goal of this project is to honor and commemorate the dedicated owners and patrons who have helped shape our community over the years.
100% of the proceeds from the brick pathway will be applied directly to water infrastructure improvements planned for 2026 and 2027. Funding these necessary projects through owner support and this legacy initiative helps reduce the need for future dues increases or special assessments.
