Tiger Run

Tiger Run's RV lots are very spacious! Our premium sites for RVs each measure approximately a 70 X 20 concrete pad, a grass lawn and picnic table. These sites offer full hook-ups for water, sewer, cable TV, and electric (20, 30 & 50 amp service.) Free Wi-Fi service is also available from every site. Water is also available at each site in the winter, thanks to heat probes in the water risers. Sorry, we do not allow pop-up campers, tents, tent trailers or truck campers. Pet Policy: Maximum of two dogs allowed per site, per Summit County ordinance. The rate chart below provides complete rental information.

Tiger Run also offers propane sales. If you are in need of propane for your RV, Tiger Run has a propane filling station in the front parking lot. Stop in at the Front Office/Tiger's Den Store and a technician will assist you.

There is a 3 night minimum during Memorial, July 4th & Labor Day weekends. Blue River and deluxe sites are reserved for Class A Motor Coaches 36' and longer. No Saturday-only reservations during Peak season. Two dog maximum per site. We do not accommodate tents, tent trailers, pop-up campers, or truck campers. Your recreational vehicle must be fully self contained including a kitchen, shower and toilet. All sites have full hook-ups. Reservations are STRONGLY recommended. 48 hour cancellation policy. * 15% discount for stays of 7 nights or more, on the same site. Sites are assigned upon arrival, specific sites may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Mountain Chalets are available for nightly and weekly rental. If you're traveling without your RV, or want to take a break from the road, our chalets are a great alternative. These are log-sided, free standing recreational cabins that provide comfort and privacy without the common walls, halls, noises and nuisances of a condominium. Every chalet has a private bedroom, bath, and full kitchen. They are supplied with all of the bed linens, towels and kitchen utensils needed for your stay at Tiger Run Resort. We offer Standard,Deluxe and Executive Chalets. Each chalet includes all the basic requirements for an enjoyable stay. You will find the Deluxe and Executive Chalets have just been furnished with a higher quality of accessories. For example: The bedding, window treatments and over all decor will be a notch above our Standard Chalets. All Chalets can sleep up to 4 adults comfortably. See the rate chart below for complete rental information. Sorry, pets are not allowed in Chalets and smoking is prohibited.

Monthly Chalet Pricing We do offer a monthly rate for a limited number of chalets. There is a maximum 180 days (6 months) occupancy for chalets and RV sites. Standard Chalet $850/month Deluxe Chalet $1050/month Executive Chalet $1500/month A full month's deposit and signed lease is required. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. There are a limited number of chalets that allow for a small pet. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. To qualify for a monthly rental, the chalet must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.
DEPOSITS / CANCELLATIONS A $65.00 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are welcome by phone, or checks will be accepted by mail. The balance owing on your stay must be received 21 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. There are no refunds inside the 21-day period. A damage waiver is required at check-in. Rates are subject to a 5.77% sales tax. 15% discount on stays of 7 or more nights. Each cabin is stocked with kitchen utensils and linens. Maid service is not provided. Check-in available at 4 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. Rates are subject to change without notice. No Pets or Smoking allowed. Sites are assigned upon arrival, specific sites may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
Family reunions, Groups or Weddings We offer a 10% discount on nightly stays when you book 10 or more sites. Pavilion Tiger Run Resort has a 4,000 sqft Pavilion available to rent for your family reunion, group or wedding. Our Pavilion has a stone fireplace, log tables and chairs and space for up to 200 people. This is the perfect gathering place in the center of the resort for small and large groups. Pricing: $500/day if staying in the resort $1,000/day if not staying in the resort Owner's Lounge Our Owner's Lounge is available on a limited basis. The Owner's Lounge comes with use of a full kitchen, tables, chairs, a fireplace and bar area. Pricing: $500/day-must be staying in the resort Set up fee: $35/hour BBQ Rental Fee: $75/day per BBQ
